SSC Public Examinations, June 2021 Migration Certificate Download Orders

With reference to the subject cited, the Director of Government Examinations, A.P., Vijayawada is pleased to inform that, for the convenience of the students who passed SSC Public Examinations from the year 2004 onwards and who are opting for Higher studies in the other states or appearing for recruitment examinations after the 10th class, the “Migration Certificates” which are being issued by the O/o DGE, A.P., in the Physical form will now be issued Online with Digital Signature of the concerned Issuing Officer.
The “Migration Certificate” shall be obtained from the O/o DGE, A.P., by the following two procedures:
- For the students who have registered for the SSC Public Examinations from the year 2021 onwards, the students who wish to obtain Migration Certificates can apply for the same at the time of filling the SSC Application form and the payment for the same can be done along with the Application fee. The applicants who have paid the Migration fee along with the SSC Application fee will receive the Migration Certificate in the respective School Login after successfully passing the SSC Public Examinations only after the declaration of results. The Headmaster/ Principal of the School is instructed to download the Migration Certificates of applied candidates within “30” days from the date of declaration of results and issue them to the concerned in “Color Print” without fail.
- For the candidates who have passed the SSC Public Examinations from the year 2004 onwards, the application form to obtain the digitally signed “Migration Certificate” is made available on the official website and after the payment of the prescribed fee, the applicant can download the Migration Certificate immediately or within 30 days from the date of payment of the prescribed fee.
- The candidates who have passed the SSC Public Examinations before the year 2004 and who wish to obtain the Migration Certificate can apply to the O/o DGE, A.P., by sending the application form by Post.
The digitally signed Migration certificate may be downloaded by the
applicant any number of times within 30 days and the Certificate issued online is legally valid as per the provisions in the Information Technology Act, 2000.
The Assistant Commissioners for Government Examinations in the O / o DGE, A.P., are hereby instructed to take periodic note of the applications received from the applicants in the Online Application from the IT-Section of this office, every fortnite, and verify the applications and send them to the concerned SSC Examination sections for future reference.
The District Educational Officers and Assistant Commissioner for Government Examinations in the O / o DEOs in the state are requested to inform about the new procedure for obtaining Migration Certificates to all the Head Masters/ Principals in their respective districts and give wide publicity regarding the same for the benefit of the student community.
The Assistant Commissioners for Government Examinations in the O / o DGE, A.P., are hereby instructed to take necessary action accordingly.
