Students Attendance Mobile application for reporting
student attendance everyday by all Schools under all Managements
(including private aided & un-aided) – Certain instructions

The attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and
District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the reference 1st read
above, wherein the Government have issued orders for reopening of schools
(Classes I to X) in a graded manner from time to time. Accordingly, instructions
were issued to the field level functionaries i.e., teachers and headmasters of highschools, UP schools and primary schools should attend the schools everyday by duly marking their biometric attendance without fail. Accordingly, a mobile application (i.e., STUDENTS ATTENDANCE) was
developed by the APCFSS/IT Cell and placed in the Google Play Store.
Instructions were issued by the Government to capture the attendance of
students in all Schools under all Managements i.e., Government, Aided and Private Un-Aided Schools. Accordingly, instructions were issued to all Correspondents/Headmasters/Principals and teachers of respective schools shall download and install the mobile application and ensure the students attendance is marked in the given application.

As seen from the online reports, various managements i.e., Govt., ZP, Aided, Mpl., Welfare Dept., CBSE and Private Unaided are dis-obeying the instructions issued vide ref 5th and 6th read above by not marking students attendance in the mobile app “STUDENTS ATTENDANCE even after repeated/multiple instructions issued through various modes throguh Vitrual conference, Whats app Messages and Teleconference from the concerned
officials. Hon’ble Chief Minister has conducted a review meeting on 18.01.2021 on the implementation of student attendance tracking system and instructed to monitor he students’ attendance very closely and directed to take stringent action action the defaulters ( those who are not reporting student attendance through app ) as per the rules. In this context it is informed that, still (9,604) Government managed
Schools annexed as Annexure-I, & (5,683) private schools annexed asannexure-II are not marking their Students Attendance in the above said mobile
application. Apart from the above annexures it is informed that (2,47,856)
Mother Aadhar Numbers are not mapped with the children enrolled in the school annexed as annexure -III, and not updated/duplicate mothers mobile numbers
(4,63,849). Therefore, all the RJDSEs and DEOs in the State are instucted to issue
instructions to the field level functionaries (Dy.EOs, MEOs, etc.) by duly taking up intensive drive on the above mentioned aspects and to take necessary action on the concerned and ensure that, all Head masters/principals and teachers of all schools under all managements i.e. Government, Aided and Private Un-Aided to capture the student attendance in mobile app everyday without fail. The District
Nodal Officer for eHazar shall monitor the schools marked/unmarked attendance daily and co-ordinate with the PMU Cell, O/o.DSE., A.P. If any deviation observed in the above instructions will be viewed seriously
and necessary action will be initiated against the District Educational Officer
concerned as per the rules in force.
