In the G.O 1st read above, Government have issued certain guidelines/norms for re-apportionment of teaching staff among various management viz., Government, Zilla Parishad/Mandal Praja Parishad School, to maintain Teacher Pupil Ratio as per RTE Norms in the State. Further, in the G.O. 2nd read above, certain amendments were made to the G.O. 1st read above.2. In the reference 3rd read above, the Commissioner of School Education has proposed to provide Subject Teachers to the Pre-High Schools which are having less than 98 students.
3. In the circumstances stated by the Commissioner of School Education, in his letter 3rd read above, Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord permission to him to provide (3) Subject Teachers {i.e. School Assistants (Maths, Science and English)} to the 484 Pre-High Schools {i.e. total of 1452 SAs. (484×3=1,452)} where the number of students put together classes of 6th, 7th and 8th are more than 30 and also to provide one School Assistant and one IFP (Interactive Flat Panel) to the 880 Pre-High Schools which are having less than 30 students put together of classes of 6th, 7th and 8th where the mapping distance is more than 3 kms to Pre High Schools/ High schools.
4. The Commissioner of School Education, shall take further necessary action accordingly, in the matter.
