Teachers Transfers-2020 – Certain Instructions ABOUT Certain court cases filed in the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh

All the District Educational Officers in the State are informed that instructions have been issued vide reference read above, to comply the interim orders of the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh issued in respect of court cases subject to the outcome of the orders of the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh in the said writ petitions.

Further, they have also requested to intimate the cases in which interim orders issued by the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh but not indicated in this list immediately for taking further course of action.

In meanwhile, it is noticed that some of the District Educational Officers in the State have obeyed and implemented the orders of the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh and some have implemented partially.

Therefore, all District Educational Officers in the State are once again requested to file counter affidavit along with interim / stay vacate petition in the Hon’ble High Court of A.P. in consultation with LMC of this office Immediately and also to avoid further complications in the matter.

Further, the above case shall be escalated to the level of ‘contempt of court’, in which case responsibility shall be fixed on the concerned and action shall be initiated against them under Rule – 20 of A.P.C.S (CC&A) Rules, 1991, duly obtaining their written explanation as per the rules in vogue  and  also  requested  to  furnish  action  taken  report  to  the

undersigned.
