Samagra Shiksha– Quality Innovation activities – PAB 2021-22 –
implementation of the innovative program ‘twinning of Schools sharing of
the knowledge and Exchange of ideas between Paired Schools’ through
online mode during 2021-2022–Orders- issued.

ORDER:

The
Finance Controller of this Office is hereby informed that under the
powers vested with the State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha, A.P
sanction is hereby accorded to release an amount of Rs.26,00,000/-
(Rupees twenty six lakhs only) to all the District Project Officers in
the state @ 1000 per school for 2600 schools under Recurring
(Elementary) grant for implementing the Twinning of School Programme at
School level in the selected paired schools in the 1st and 3rd week of
December 2021.The details are here under shown.

The
Finance Controller of this Office is hereby requested to release the
amount for Rs.26,00,000/-(Rupees twenty six lakhs only) to the Green
Channel PD accounts of APCs in 13 Districts.

The Additional
Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are hereby
requested to identify 100 paired Schools (from Elementary Schools) to
conduct the twinning programme through online mode in the month of
December and release the sanctioned budget to the selected paired
schools of Elementary education in their respective districts and upload
the expenditure in PRABHANDH portal immediately. The detailed
guidelines, annexure is hereby enclosed. The expenditure should be met
from the Project Innovation(Elementary) Sl.No.79.130 (page No.299) of
PAB minutes 2021-22.
