All the District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha in the State are hereby informed that Vidyanjali is an initiative of the Department of School Education and Literacy, Ministry of Education, Government of India. The program facilitates community members and volunteers to directly connect with Government and Government-aided schools, contributing their services and/or assets, materials, equipment through a dedicated portal.

The initiative is designed to link a diverse array of volunteers — such as young professionals, retired educators, former Government employees, and other experts — with schools in need of their services, thereby boosting partnerships between schools and the school community. This manual serves as a comprehensive guide for the District Users for the Projects module of the Vidyanjali program (Annexure).

📋 Activity Schedule & Responsibilities (Quarterly Timeline)

The steps in the project module of Vidyanjali shall be performed according to the schedule below:
