Required Qualifications:
Trainers must possess relevant qualifications and experience in their respective fields:

IT/ITeS: BE/BTech in CSE/IT, MCA, MSc (CSE/IT), or NIELIT “B” Level with 1year of experience.
Agriculture: Graduation/Diploma(2 Year after 12th) in Horticulture/Agriculture with 1-year work/teaching experience.
Apparel: Graduation/Diploma (3 Year) in Textiles/Clothing with 1-year relevant experience.
Automotive: BTech/MTech/Diploma(3 year) in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or B.Voc in Automobile with 1 year experience.
Beauty & Wellness: Diploma in Cosmetology/Beauty Culture after graduation with 1-year experience.
Electronics: BE/BTech/MTech in Electricals/Electronics as a main subject, Diploma (3 years) in Electronics/ Electricals with 1-year work/teaching experience.
Healthcare: BSc Nursing and Midwifery (4 years) or 3½ years Diploma in GNM with one year experience.
Retail: Graduate in Retail Management or P.G. Diploma in Marketing or Retail Management with at least 50% marks and 1 year teaching / work experience.
BFSI: Commerce/Management/Finance graduate with 1-year experience; MBA preferred.
