SUMMER BREAK ACTIVITIES – GUIDELINES FOR TEACHERS

• Class teachers have to create Whats app groups with their class students.
• Ask them to maintain a notebook for summer activities and submit at the time of reopening.
• Keep in touch with the students and encourage them from time to time to monitor their activities.
• Gather students activities in the form of pics/videos/reports through Whats app group

• Music, Dance and Drama :

Select a music/dance/drama of their own culture or local tradition where a group of people (Peer/siblings/other family members) come together to develop the child’s aesthetic sense. Example: Folk or traditional songs/dance can be recorded from their area using some musical instruments involving their siblings, friends and family members.

WE LOVE READING SUMMER ACTIVITIES 2024 :: TODAY MORAL STORY : తెలివైన మేక | Intelligent Goat Story

ఒక అడవిలో కొన్ని మేకలు మేత మెస్తున్నాయి. పక్కనే కాలువ పారుతూ ఉంది. కాలువ అటువైపు పచ్చటి గడ్డి ఒక మేకకు కనిపించింది. ఆ గడ్డిని తినాలంటే కాలువ దాటాలి. ఎలా అని ఆలోచించుకుంటూ ముందుకు వెళ్తుంది. కొద్ది దూరంలో కాలువ దాటడానికి సన్నటి కర్ర దుంగ కనిపించింది. పై నుండి మెల్లగా వెళ్లాలి ఎలాగైనా ఆ గడ్డిని తినాలని ఆ కర్ర దుంగపై నడుస్తుంది మేక. అప్పుడే అటువైపు నుండి మరొక మేక ఇటు వైపు వస్తుంది. ఆ దారి రెండు మేకలు నడవడానికి వీలులేదు. అవి రెండు మధ్యలోకి వచ్చాయి. నేను ముందు వచ్చినాను అంటే నేను వచ్చినని అని రెండు పోట్లాడుకుంటున్నాయి. మోదటి మేకకు చినప్పుడు తల్లిమేక చెప్పింది గుర్తుకు వచ్చింది. ఇద్దరు పోట్లాడి కాలువలో పడి కొట్టుకుపోయారన్న విషయం గుర్తువచ్చింది. వెంటనే మోదటి మేక, రెండవ మేకతో “ఇద్దరం పోట్లాడితే కాలువలో పడి నీటిలో కొట్టుకుపోతాం. కావున ఇద్దరం క్షేమంగా కలువ దాటాలంటే నేను మెల్లిగా కూర్చుంటాను నీవు నాపై నుంచి దాటి వెళ్ళు” అని చెప్పింది. రెండవ మేక సరేనని మేకపైనుండి దూకివెళ్లింది. రెండు మేకలు క్షేమంగా కలువ దాటాయి.

నీతి: ఆలోచించి ఆపదలో రక్షించుకోవచ్చు.

Once upon a time, there was a man who lived with his three boys. The three sons were great workers, yet they often fought. The old man tried everything he could to bring them together, but he was unsuccessful.

Months went by, and the old man became ill. He urged his boys to remain united, but they disobeyed him. As a result, he decided to teach them a practical lesson in order for them to put their differences aside and remain unified.

His sons were summoned by the old guy. “I’ll give you a bundle of sticks,” he said. You’ll have to break each stick in half once you’ve separated them. “Whoever breaks the sticks the fastest will be rewarded more.”

The old man handed each of them a bundle of ten sticks and instructed them to break each stick into pieces. They shattered the sticks in a matter of minutes and began to argue once more about who was the first to do it.

The father then handed each of the boys another bundle of sticks, instructing them to break them together.

They attempted to break the stick bundle. Despite their best efforts, they were unable to break the bundle. “Dear sons,” the old guy said. See! The single sticks were easy to break into bits, but the bundle was impossible to split! So, as long as you are unified, no one can hurt you.”

రాత్రిపూట చింత చెట్టు కింద నిద్ర ప్రమాదమా?

జ: మానవునికి ప్రకృతి ఇచ్చిన వరం చెట్టు అనడంలో సందేహం లేదు. చెట్లు మనకు ఆహారంతోపాటు ప్రాణవాయువును అందిస్తాయి అంటారు. అయితే చెట్లు పగటిపూట గాలిలోని కార్బన్ డయాక్సైడ్ తీసుకొని ఆక్సిజన్ విడుదల చేస్తాయి. రాత్రిళ్లు ముఖ్యంగా కొన్ని రకాల చెట్లు కిరణజన్య సంయోగక్రియకు ఆక్సిజన్ ను గ్రహించి కార్బన్డయాక్సైడ్ని అధికంగా విడుదల చేస్తాయి. ఈ విడుదలయ్యే కార్బన్ డయాక్సైడ్ పరిమాణం ఆ చెట్ల ఆకుల వైశాల్యం పై ఆధారపడి ఉంటుంది. ఆకుల వైశాల్యం అంటే ఎక్కువ ఆకులు ఉండే చెట్ల కింద రాత్రిపూట నిద్రించినప్పుడు హెచ్చు పరిమాణంలో కార్బన్ డై ఆక్సైడ్ విడుదల కావటం వల్ల చెట్టు కింద నిద్రించే వ్యక్తికి ప్రాణవాయువు సరిగా అందక ఉక్కిరి బిక్కిరి అయి ఛాతీపై ఏదో భారం ఉంచినట్లు అనిపిస్తుంది. దీనికే కొంతమంది చింత చెట్టు, రావి, మర్రి వంటి చెట్ల కింద నిద్రించునప్పుడు దెయ్యాలు వచ్చి మీద కూర్చుంటాయని భ్రమించి వాటిని దెయ్యం చెట్లుగా పిలుస్తారు. రాత్రిళ్ళు అటు వైపు వెళ్లరు. ఇది కేవలం మూఢనమ్మకం మాత్రమే. ఎక్కువ ఆకుల వైశాల్యం గల చింత, వేప, మర్రి, రావి మొదలగునవి మనిషికి ఎంతో మేలు చేసే వృక్షాలు, పగటిపూట ఈ చెట్లు కార్బన్ డయాక్సైడ్ ను పెద్ద మొత్తంలో గ్రహించి ఆక్సిజన్ ఇస్తాయి. అందుకే వీటిని ప్రకృతి శ్వాసకోశాలు ( lungs of nature ) అంటారు.

భద్రతా చిట్కాలు:

• మీరు కొత్తగా స్థలాలు సందర్శించినప్పుడల్లా మీ తల్లిదండ్రులు/పెద్దలతో పాటు వెళ్లండి
• ఎక్కువ నీరు త్రాగడం, పత్తి బట్టలు ధరించడం వంటి సరైన జాగ్రత్తలు తీసుకోండి , జంక్ ఫుడ్, శీతల పానీయాలు మొదలైన వాటికి దూరంగా ఉండాలి.
• సమాచారాన్ని సేకరించడానికి ఇంటర్నెట్ ఉపయోగించేటప్పుడు మీరు మీ తల్లిదండ్రుల అనుమతిని పొందాలి.
• ముఖ్యంగా పీక్ అవర్స్‌లో వేడి ఎండలో బయటకు వెళ్లడం మానుకోండి.
• తేలికైన భోజనం మరియు నీరు వంటి నీటి శాతం అధికంగా ఉండే పండ్లను తినండి . పుచ్చకాయలు, దోసకాయలు, సిట్రస్ పండ్లు మొదలైనవి.
• తరచుగా విరామాలలో తగినంత నీరు త్రాగండి మరియు ప్రయాణంలో నీరు త్రాగడానికి తీసుకువెళ్లండి
• తల్లిదండ్రులు పిల్లలను ఒంటరిగా బైక్‌లు లేదా మోటారు వాహనాలు నడపడానికి అనుమతించకూడదు
