RPS 2022

Automatic Rule: From Date is the Date of Increment. Select the To Date / Bill Claimed Upto. The software calculates the Future Pay Salary, Already Drawn Salary, CPS Difference and Net Amount automatically month-wise from the Increment Date up to the selected Bill Claimed Upto date. Already Drawn Basic Pay remains fixed at the entered Present Basic Pay; only Future Pay advances on each yearly increment anniversary.

Multiple Employees Increment Arrears Calculation

ఒకేసారి పలువురు ఉద్యోగులకు 2 లేదా 3 నెలలు (లేదా ఎక్కువ) Increment Arrears లెక్కించడానికి ఈ ఆప్షన్ ఉపయోగించండి. ఉద్యోగుల వివరాలు Master Data నుంచే తీసుకోవచ్చు.

Master Data Ready

సులభమైన విధానం: Increment Month + Year ఎంచుకుని Load Employees from Master క్లిక్ చేయండి → అవసరమైన ఉద్యోగులను Select చేయండి → Bill Upto, DA, HRA వివరాలు ఇచ్చి calculation చూడండి → ఒకే PDF / Excelలో అన్ని employees calculation download చేయండి. Already Drawn Basic Pay Master Dataలో ఉన్న Present Basic Payగానే fixed ఉంటుంది; Future Basic Pay మాత్రమే increment ప్రకారం మారుతుంది. ఒక employeeకి 2 లేదా ఎక్కువ నెలల rows ఉంటే మాత్రమే Employee Total వస్తుంది. ఒక నెల మాత్రమే ఉంటే separate Employee Total చూపదు. చివర Grand Total మాత్రం ఉంటుంది; No. of Days columnకు Total ఇవ్వదు.
