Updation of Child Information of Class 10 Students -A Screen Has Been Facilitated in the DEO login- Certain Instructions

Sub:- School Education –IT- Updation of Child Information of Class 10 Students – Certain Instructions – Issued

  1. In continuation of the orders issued vide reference 2nd cited, all the
    District Educational Offers in the State are informed that the Government
    of Andhra Pradesh has proposed to conduct the SSC Examination in the
    month of June 2021.
  2. Accordingly, the updated child information as on 25-02-2021 has
    been handed over to the Director of Government Examinations, A.P.
    Further, it is noticed that certain Headmaster of Govt./Aided/Pvt Schools
    have modified the 10th class SSC child information (Additions/ Deletions)
    during last one month, which is not supposed to be done at this moment.
  3.  Further, certain Headmasters represented this ofce that some of the
    children data has not entered / wrongly entered in Child info and
    requested to consider them.
  4. In order to ensure that no student misses the opportunity to write the
    SSC Examinations, it has been decided to give one more opportunity to
    such students. In this regard, a screen has been facilitated in the DEO
    login for doing the above modification.

    1. Changing of wrongly entered class
      b) Making Student from Dropout to Active & vice versa
      c) Registering new Students
    2. Changing of School.
  5. The District Educational Ofcers shall obtain a declaration letter with
    genuine reasons from Headmasters towards making the above
    modifcation. They shall clearly inform the School Headmasters that stern
    action will be taken against the managements / HMs for any kind of false
    information.
  6.  Therefore, all District Educational Ofcers in the state are requested
    to conduct special drive and ensure that all the Class 10 students’
    information is updated in Child Info without any irregularities.
  7.  Top priority should be given to this item of work. Any lapses in this
    regard will be viewed seriously.
  8. All services will be closed on 06.04.2021 and data will be handed
    over to DGE, A.P on 07.04.2021.
