ఉపాధ్యాయుల జాబ్ చార్ట్స్*

ప్రభుత్వ,జిల్లా పరిషత్, మున్సిపల్, ఎయిడెడ్ మరియు గుర్తింపు పొందిన పాఠశాలల్లో పనిచేస్తున్న ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు, ఉపాధ్యాయుల విధులను జాబ్ చార్టులుగా పాఠశాల విద్యాశాఖ జిఓ.ఎంఎస్.నం. 13 తేది. 08.01.1986 మరియు మరియు జిఓ.ఎంఎస్.నం. 54 తేది. 01.06.2000 ఉత్తర్వులను విడుదల చేసింది.

ఈ ఉత్తర్వులలో పేర్కొన్న విధులు ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు, ఉపాధ్యాయులు పాఠశాలల్లో విధిగా పాటించవలసి ఉన్నది.

ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయుల విధులు*

GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES SERVICE REGISTER DETAILS & RECONSTRUCTION OF SERVICE REGISTER IN CASE OF LOST/THEFT/MISSED.

*అకడమిక్:*

(ఎ) వారానికి 8 పీరియడ్లు చొప్పున ఒక పూర్తి సబ్జెక్టుకు ప్రాధాన్యత ఇచ్చే విధంగా బోధించాలి.

(బి) తన సబ్జెక్టులో ప్రత్యేకంగాను, ఇతర సబ్జెక్టులలో సాధారణంగాను ఉపాధ్యాయులకు మార్గదర్శకత్వం వహించాలి.

(సి) వ్యక్తిగతంగాను మరియు స్థానిక విషయ నిపుణులచే ఉపాధ్యాయులకు మార్గదర్శకత్వం వహించాలి.

(డి) విద్యాశాఖ తనిఖీ అధికారులు కోరిన సమాచారం అందించాలి.

(ఇ) తన సహ ఉపాధ్యాయుల సహకారంతో మినిమమ్ ఎకడమిక్ ప్రోగ్రామ్ ను, సంస్థాగత ప్రణాళిక రూపొందించి అమలు చేయాలి.

(ఎఫ్) అనుభవజ్ఞులైన సబ్జెక్టు టీచర్లచే డిమాన్ స్ట్రేషన్ పాఠాలు ఏర్పాటు చేయాలి.

(జి) పరిశోధనాత్మక కార్యక్రమాలు పాఠశాలల్లో చేపట్టాలి.

(హెచ్) కాన్ఫరెన్స్, వర్కషాపులు, సెమినార్లు పాఠశాలల్లో ఏర్పాటు చేయాలి

(ఐ) సృజనాత్మక కార్యక్రమాలు నిర్వహించాలి.

*పర్యవేక్షణ :*

(ఎ) పాఠశాలలోని ఉపాధ్యాయులు వార్షిక ప్రణాళికలు, పాఠ్య పథకాలు ప్రతినెలా పరిశీలించాలి.

(బి) ఉపాధ్యాయుల, తరగతుల టైంటేబుల్ తయారుచేసి అమలు పరచాలి.

(సి) ఉపాధ్యాయు తరగతి బోధనను పని దినములలో కనీసం ఒక పీరియడ్ (ప్రత్యేకించి 10వతరగతి) పరిశీలించి, వారి బోధన మెరుగు పరుచుకొనుటకు తగిన సూచనలను నమోదు చేయాలి.

(డి) వ్యాయామ విద్య, ఆరోగ్య విద్య, నీతి విద్య తరగతులను, కార్యక్రమాలను నిర్వహించాలి.

(ఇ) స్కౌట్ ను సహసంబంధ కార్యక్రమంగా ఏర్పాటు చేసి పర్యవేక్షించాలి.

(ఎఫ్) సైన్స్ ఫెయిర్ నందు, క్రీడా పోటీలలో పాఠశాల జట్లు పాల్గొనునట్లు చూడాలి.

(జి) కామన్ ఎగ్జామినేషన్ బోర్డు రూపొందించిన మేరకు సిలబస్ పూర్తి అగునట్లు చూడాలి.

(హెచ్) బుక్ బ్యాంకు, కో-ఆపరేటివ్ స్టోర్, సంచయిక పథకము మొదలగు వాటిని నిర్వహించాలి.

(ఐ) ఉపాధ్యాయులు చేపట్టిన అకడమిక్ మరియు సహ సంబంధమైన పనులు మరియు వాచ్ రిజిష్టర్ను నిర్వహించాలి.

*పాఠశాల పరిపాలన :*

(ఎ) ప్రతి ఉపాధ్యాయుని తరగతి బోధనను కనీసం ఒక పీరియడ్ పరిశీలించాలి.

(బి) యాజమాన్యము నిర్దేశించిన అన్ని రకాల రిజిష్టరులు నిర్వహించాలి.

 (సి) స్పెషల్ ఫీజు ఫండ్ కు సంబంధించిన ఫీజులు వసూలు, అకౌంట్స్ నిర్వహించాలి.

(డి) బోధనేతర సిబ్బంది పనిని పరిశీలించాలి.

(ఇ) ఉపాధ్యాయుల, కార్యాలయ సిబ్బంది బిల్లులు తయారు చేయాలి. సంబంధిత కార్యాలయాల్లో సమర్పించాలి.

(ఎఫ్) పాఠశాల ఉపాధ్యాయుల, కార్యాలయ సిబ్బంది హాజరు క్రమద్దంగా ఉండునట్లు చూడాలి.

(జి) ప్రతిరోజు పాఠశాల అసెంబ్లీ నిర్వహణ, గ్రంధాలయం వినియోగించుకొనునట్లు విద్యార్థులు యూనిఫారమ్ ధరించునట్లు చూడాలి మరియు జాతీయ పర్వదినాలు జరపాలి.

విద్యా విషయక పోటీలలో పాఠశాల విద్యార్థులు పాల్గొనేట్లు చూడాలి.

(హెచ్) యూనిట్ పరీక్షలు, వార్షిక పరీక్షలు సమర్థవంతంగా నిర్వహించాలి.

ఉపాధ్యాయుల విధులు*

*అకడమిక్:*

(ఎ) కేటాయించిన పీరియడ్లలో తమకు కేటాయించిన సబ్జెక్టులు బోధించాలి.

(బి) జూనియర్ ఉపాధ్యాయులకు సబ్జెక్టుపై తగిన సూచనలు ఇవ్వాలి.

(సి) విద్యార్థులకూ వ్రాత పనిని క్రమం తప్పక దిద్దాలి.

(డి) అన్ని యూనిట్ పరీక్షలు, టెర్మినల్ పరీక్షలు జవాబు పత్రాలను దిద్దాలి.

(ఇ) వృత్తి సంబంధిత విషయాలలో అభివృద్ధి సాధించుటకు సామర్థ్యాలను పెంపొందించుకోవాలి.

(ఎఫ్) సంబంధిత సబ్జెక్టులలో రూపొందించుకున్న మినిమిమ్ అకడమిక్   ప్రోగ్రామ్ అమలు చేయాలి.

(జి) విద్యార్థులలో వెనుకబాటు తనాన్ని గుర్తించి ప్రత్యామ్నాయ బోధన నిర్వహించాలి.

(హెచ్) పాఠశాలలో అందుబాటులో ఉన్న బోధనా పరికరాలు ఉపయోగించాలి.

(ఐ) బ్లాక్ బోర్డు పనిని అభివృద్ధి పరుచుకోవాలి.

(జె) నూతన ప్రమాణాలు, పరిశోధనలు కార్యక్రమాలు చేపట్టాలి.

*తరగతి పరిపాలన :* 

(ఎ) తరగతి గది క్రమశిక్షణ కాపాడాలి

(బి) విద్యార్థుల హాజరుపట్టి నిర్వహించాలి.

(సి) విద్యార్థుల వ్యక్తిగత శుభ్రత, తరగతి గది శుభ్రత పాటించునట్లు ప్రోత్సహించాలి.

(డి) తరగతులకు క్రమంతప్పక హాజరు కావాలి. 

(ఇ) జాతీయ ఉచిత పాఠ్య పుస్తకాల పంపిణీలో ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయునికి సహకరించాలి.

(ఎఫ్) పాఠశాలలో జరుగుతున్న అన్ని జాతీయ పండుగలకు హాజరు కావాలి మరియు నిర్వహణలో పాల్గొనాలి.

(జి) పాఠశాలలో సహ సంబంధ కార్యక్రమాలు నిర్వహించాలి మరియు ఏర్పాటు చేయాలి.

(హెచ్) విద్యార్థులు పాఠశాలలో సాధారణ క్రమశిక్షణ పాటించునట్లు చూడాలి మరియు యూనిఫారమ్ తో హాజరగునట్లు ప్రోత్సహించాలి.

(ఐ) సంబంధిత సబ్జెక్టులకు గల బాధ్యతలు, విధులకు బద్దుడై ఉండాలి.

(జె) తన పై అధికారుల ఆదేశాల మేరకు ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయుడు కేటాయించిన విధులు మరియుబాధ్యతలు ప్రోత్సహించాలి.

PHYSICAL EDUCATION CIRCULAR CLASS 1ST TO 10TH CLASS.

JOB CHART OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION

1. Conduct of Assembly and prayer in the morning.
2. Attending to correspondence work, making of courts, issue of games equipment to games boys (morning sessions).
3. Taking instructional periods in the time table and wearing proper uniform.
4. Conduct of participation periods, Mass Drill periods, optional periods, special coaching after school hours.
5. Assisting the Medical Officer in conducting the medical examination. 6. (a) Maintenance of individual health records
(b) Follow up action (c) Teaching of health habits
7. Teaching of physical efficiency tests for 8th, 9th, 10th class students during working hours of the School twice in an academic year.
8. Classification of students and conduct of intra-murals.
9. Preparation of school teams for inter school competition or tournaments.
10. Maintenance of records and registers (Stock Register, Fundamental Skills Register, Attendance Register, Stock of Games and Sports Material, Maintenance of individual health records, registers, files and un serviceable articles register.
11. Stock verification, auction and condemnation of articles.
12. Setting of accounts and submission of vouchers for the year.
13. Conduct of National days and sports day or school day.
14. Safely preservation of games material during vacation.
15. Maintenance of good relationship with students staff and public,
16. He should assist the heads of the institutions in maintaining discipline in the school.
