*ఈ సందర్భంగా పాఠశాలలను పునఃప్రారంభించే సమయాలను తెలపాలని రాష్ట్రాలను కేంద్రం కోరింది.*
*వీడియో కాన్ఫరెన్సులో వెల్లడించిన వివరాల్లో ఏమైనా మార్పులు ఉంటే తెలపాలని శుక్రవారం కేంద్రం నుంచి రాష్ట్రాలకు ఉత్తర్వులు వచ్చాయి.*
*కరోనా వైరస్ వ్యాప్తి పెరుగుతున్నందున మొదట ప్రకటించినట్లు రాష్ట్రంలో ఆగస్టు 3 నుంచి పాఠశాలల పునఃప్రారంభం ఉండదు.*

ప్రభుత్వ స్కూళ్లలో 2020-21 విద్యా సంవత్సరానికి అడ్మిషన్ల ప్రక్రియను చేపట్టాలని పాఠశాల విద్య కమిషనర్ వాడ్రేవు చినవీర భద్రుడు ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేశారు.
ప్రాథమిక, ప్రాథమి కోన్నత, ఉన్నత పాఠశాలల్లో కొత్త అడ్మిషన్ల ప్రక్రియను మండల విద్యాశాఖాధికారులు (ఎంఈఓ), ఉప విద్యాశాఖాధికారులు (డీవైఈఓ) పర్యవేక్షించేలా చర్యలు చేపట్టాలన్నారు.
ఈ మేరకు జిల్లా విద్యాశాఖాధికారులు (డీఈఓ), ప్రాంతీయ సంయుక్త సంచాలకులకు (ఆర్జేడీ) కమిషనర్ సర్క్యులర్లు జారీ చేశారు.
ఒకటో తరగతి నుంచి తొమ్మిదో తరగతి వరకు అంతా పాస్ అయినట్లు ప్రభుత్వం ప్రకటించిందని, ఈ నేపథ్యంలో వారికి సంబంధించిన ప్రమోషన్ జాబితాలను రూపొందించాలన్నారు.
తదుపరి తరగతిలో వారి పేర్లను నమోదు చేయాలని సూచించారు.
ఇక ప్రాథమిక పాఠశాలలో ఐదో తరగతి చదివిన, యూపీలో ఏడో తరగతి చదివిన విద్యార్థులను యూపీ లేదా హైస్కూళ్లలో చేర్చేందుకు తల్లిదండ్రుల సమ్మతి తీసుకుంటే సరిపోతుందన్నారు.
ఆరు, ఎనిమిది తరగతులలో చేరేందుకు విద్యార్థులు స్కూళ్లకు రావాల్సిన అవసరం లేదని, వారి తల్లిదండ్రుల నుంచి సమ్మతి పత్రం తీసుకుంటే సరిపోతుందన్నారు.
వరు ఏ స్కూల్ లో చేరాలను కుంటున్నారో ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు (హెచ్ఎం)తెలుసుకుని, ఆ వివరాలను సంబంధిత పాఠశాలల హెచ్ఎంలకు తెలపాలన్నారు.
ప్రక్రియను ప్రాథమిక స్కూళ్లలో ఎంఈఓ, హైస్కూళ్లలో డీవైఈఓ పర్యవేక్షించాలన్నారు.
వలస కూలీల పిల్లలకు ఎలాంటి పత్రాలు లేకున్నా అడ్మిషన్ ఇవ్వాలని ఆదేశించారు.
వారి నుంచి ఎలాంటి టీసీలను అడగవద్దన్నారు.
కరోనా వైరస్ వ్యాప్తి చెందుతున్న నేపథ్యంలో కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం జారీ చేసిన మార్గదర్శకాల ప్రకారం హెచ్ఎంలు టీసీ, స్టడీ సర్టిఫికెట్లను అడగవద్దని స్పష్టం చేశారు.
ఆదర్శ పాఠశాలలు, కస్తూర్బా బాలికా విద్యాల యాలలో ఆన్లైన్ విధానంలో అడ్మిషన్ల ప్రక్రియ చేపట్టనున్నట్లు తెలిపారు.
కస్తూర్బా గాంధీ బాలికల విద్యాలయాల్లో (కేజీబీవీ) ఖాళీలు ఉన్న ఏడు, ఎనిమిది తరగతులు, ఇంటర్ మొదటి సంవత్సరంలో ప్రవేశానికి ఆన్లైన్ లో దరఖాస్తులు స్వీకరించనున్నట్లు సమగ్ర శిక్షా రాష్ట్ర డైరెక్టర్ కూడా అయిన చినవీరభద్రుడు తెలిపారు.
ఈ నెల 20 నుంచి ఆగస్టు రెండో తేదీ వరకు ఆన్‌లైన్‌లో దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవచ్చన్నారు. కేజీబీవీలలో టెన్త్ చదివిన వారు సైతం దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాలన్నారు.
Headmaster and the staff shall take the following steps for the admission of children in the schools:
i. All the children that have studied from Class I to IV in the primary schools, Class I to VI in the UP Schools and Class VI to IX in the high schools during 2019-20 and declared pass have to be promoted to the next higher class and all those names should be entered in the admission register automatically.
ii. All the children and that have passed Class V, Class VII and their parents have to be contacted personally and their option of school for admission into next higher class to be ascertained. The same shall be informed to the headmaster concerned of the school in writing with an advice to contact the parents and admit the child in that school. In case of primary schools, the MEO shall monitor this aspect and in case of high schools, the DyEO concerned shall monitor. At no cost, a child should be admitted in any school without consulting the parents. Hence, a proof of their option to be obtained in writing.
iii. Once the parental/child choice is received, the headmaster of the school from which the child is going out shall handover the Record Sheet/TC of the child to the headmaster of the school where the child is seeking admission along with a copy of the parental choice.
iv.In case of Residential Schools, Model Schools and Kasturba Balika Vidyalayas where the admission process is taken up through online, the records pertaining to the children to be handedover to the concerned Principal under proper acknowledgement.
v. The details of the admissions be recorded in the child info from time to time.
d. Further, the headmasters and staff shall identify the Out of School Children to get admissions for the academic year 2020-21. e. Provide admission to any Child of the Migrant Labours who have returned back to the village without asking for any other documents, expect some identity proof. They should not ask for transfer certificates or proof of class attended earlier. The information provided by the child’s parents may be assumed to be correct and taken as such for giving admission to the child in the relevant class in his/her neighborhood government/government-aided school.
