2020-21 విద్యా సంవత్సరం నుండి  ఇంగ్లీష్ మీడియం ప్రభుత్వం ప్రారంభించనుంది.

★ 21.01.20 న ప్రతి పాఠశాలలోనూ పేరెంట్స్ మీటింగ్ నిర్వహించాలి.

★ తల్లిదండ్రులు వారి పిల్లలను ఏ మీడియంలో చదివిస్తారు Option ఫారం తీసుకోవాలి.

★ 23.01.20 లోపు RJDSEs వాటిని బైండింగ్ చేసి కమిషన్ ఆఫీస్ కు అందేలా చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలి.

గమనిక: ఇంగ్లీష్ మీడియం ఆప్షన్ ఫారాలను విద్యార్థి వారీగా తల్లిదండ్రుల నుంచి ఒకటి నుండి ఐదు తరగతుల వరకు మాత్రమే తీసుకోవాలి. అనగా ఉన్నత పాఠశాల వారు అవసరం లేదు. అదేవిధంగా ప్రాథమికోన్నత పాఠశాలలో ఆరో తరగతి నుండి అవసరం లేదు.

*అందరు జిల్లా విద్యాశాఖ అధికారులు, అసిస్టెంట్ ప్రాజెక్టు కోఆర్డినేటర్స్, సమగ్ర శిక్ష, ఉప విద్యాశాఖ అధికారులు, మండల విద్యాశాఖ అధికారులు మరియు ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులకు తక్షణ సూచనలు:*

* క్రింది డిక్లరేషన్ ఫామ్ మరియు సూచనలు గమనించగలరు.

* ఈ డిక్లరేషన్ ఫామ్ ఒకటి నుండి అయిదవ తరగతి చదువుతున్న ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల విద్యార్థులకు ఇవ్వవలసి ఉంటుంది.

* 21.01.2020న తల్లిదండ్రుల సమావేశము జరిపి, ఈ ఫామ్ పూర్తిగా నింపి, పాఠశాల వారిగా బౌండ్ చేసి, ప్రతి పాఠశాల ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయుడు మండల విద్యాశాఖ అధికారులకు చేర్చవలసి ఉంటుంది.

* అన్ని మండలాలు కలెక్ట్ చేసుకుని, 22.01.2020న జిల్లా విద్యాశాఖ అధికారి కార్యాలయానికి అందజేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది. * కావున సంబంధిత అధికారులు, ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు, ఉపాధ్యాయులు అందరూ దీనిని అతి జరూరుగా చేపట్టవలసిన కార్యక్రమం గా భావించి, ఇచ్చినటువంటి షెడ్యూల్ ప్రకారం తప్పనిసరిగా పూర్తి చేయవలసిందిగా ఆదేశించడం అయినది.

* సంబంధిత జిల్లా విద్యాశాఖ అధికారులు మరియు అసిస్టెంట్ ప్రాజెక్టు కోఆర్డినేటర్, సమగ్ర శిక్ష, తగిన పర్యవేక్షణ జరిపి, మండలాల వారీగా సేకరించిన పత్రములను 23.01.2020 నాటికి కమిషనర్ వారి కార్యాలయానికి పంపవలసిందిగా కోరడమైనది.

    *Sub: School Education – Introducing English Medium from Class I to VI from 2020-21 onwards – obtaining of option from the parents- Collection of option forms – certain instructions – issued.*

         All the Regional Joint Directors, District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are aware that, Government has introduced English Medium in all Educational Institutions from Class I to VI from the 2020-21 academic year onwards. In this regard, the parents’ committees of the Schools have discussed the issue of introducing English medium on 07.01.2020 and furnished their resolutions in support of introducing English Medium. Further, it is informed that the Government has requested to obtain the option form from all the parents ( Mother / Father / Guardian) in which medium they are willing to make their children study.

     In this regard, all the RJDSEs, DEOs, and APCs are requested to instruct the Headmasters / Mandal Educational Officers concerned to conduct the parents’ committee meeting on 21.01.2020 and to obtain the options from all the parents. The Headmasters may be requested to get all the option forms as school wise bound, and in turn to handover to the Mandal Education Officer concerned. Further, all the Mandal Educational officers may be requested to handover all the said bound books of their Mandal concerned to the District Educational Officer concerned by 22nd January 2020 without fail. Further, all the DEOs are requested to hand over the Mandal wise option forms of their District concerned to the O/o the Commissioner of School Education, AP, Amaravati by 23rd January 2020 without fail.

     All the RJDSEs are requested to monitor entire the program that all the bound books consisting of option forms to reach the O/o the Commissioner of School Education by 05.00 p.m on 23.01.2020 with a special messenger.
