Mahatma Jyothiba Phule Andhra Pradesh Backward Classes Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society (MJPAPBCWREIS), Vijayawada seeks application for the position of Principals for 16 Residential Schools for Backward Classes on Contract Basis.
Qualification/Eligibility Criteria for Recruitment of Principals
1) Candidates must have Master Degree or its equivalent qualification from an institution recognized by UGC
2) Candidates must have passed B.Ed., or M.Ed., from an institution recognized by UGC
3) Knowledge of Computer Applications is desirable.
4) Candidates belonging to Andhra Pradesh only are eligible.
5) The age limit is 50-65 years.
6) Minimum 10 years experience as teachers in any Government Residential Institutions/Government Institutions is required.
7) Ladies are preferred for posting in girls institutions.
8) Preference may be given to the principals retired in any Government Residential Educational Institutions Viz., APREIS/ MJPAPBCWREIS/ APTWREIS/APSWREIS/MWREIS.
Terms and Conditions for Recruitment of Principals
1) Payment: Fixed remuneration of INR 40,000/- per month.
2) Initial Contract will be for one year, which may be subsequently renewed based on the performance and need.
3) Principals engaged on contract basis can be shifted to other schools also based on need.
4) Shortlisted candidates must attend personal interview.
5) Only the shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend personal interview by sms/email.
6) Candidates will be responsible for not providing correct mobile number and email.
