Recruitment of State Technical Experts and Assistant Technical Experts for State level Neernachal Unit at Vijayawada under Neeranchal National Watershed Project.
(I) Minimum Educational Qualification and Experience required and Key Responsibilities are given below :
State Technical Experts
Essential Qualifications:
First (or) Second class Post Graduation with minimum 50% of marks in MBA (Finance)/ M.Com / Engineering / CA/ICWA.
Preparation of documents such as bids, TOR, Agreements and Award of contract etc. on World Bank procurement norms for Procurement of Goods, undertaking of civil works, hiring of consultants & nonconsultants.
Min. Ten (10) years exp. at State / National level in procurement in developmental projects. Preference will be given for working experience in Rural Development sector with min. of Five (5) years.
Good communication and Drafting skills in English & Telugu languages
2 .State Technical Expert (Research & Documentation)
Essential Qualifications:
First (or) Second class Post Graduation with minimum 50% of marks in Rural Development, Sociology, Statistics, social work, Economics, Anthropology, population & Development studies,
Maintenance of Digital Library for all the activities being taken up under Neernachal.
State Technical Expert(M&E)
Essential Qualifications:
