SUMMER BREAK ACTIVITIES – GUIDELINES FOR TEACHERS

• Class teachers have to create Whats app groups with their class students.
• Ask them to maintain a notebook for summer activities and submit at the time of reopening.
• Keep in touch with the students and encourage them from time to time to monitor their activities.
• Gather students activities in the form of pics/videos/reports through Whats app group

• Music, Dance and Drama :

Select a music/dance/drama of their own culture or local tradition where a group of people (Peer/siblings/other family members) come together to develop the child’s aesthetic sense. Example: Folk or traditional songs/dance can be recorded from their area using some musical instruments involving their siblings, friends and family members.

Go for a short walk and explore the nature by observing the plants in your surroundings / park / garden / farm and record your observations about the nutritive and medicinal value of the plants with their names. WE LOVE READING SUMMER ACTIVITIES 2024- TODAY MORAL STORY : తెలివిలేని గాడిద :

అనగనగా ఓ ఊళ్లో గాడిద ఉండేది. తనకు తాను చాలా తెలివైన గాడిదగా భావిస్తుండేది. ఓ రోజు గాడిద యజమాని ఓ ఉప్పు బస్తాను దానిపై పెట్టి వేరే చోటుకు తరలించాలనుకున్నాడు. మార్గ మధ్యలో ఓ చిన్న సెలయేరు దాటి వెళ్లాల్సి ఉంది. ఇలా గాడిద ఆ ఉప్పు బస్తాను మోసుకుంటూ వెళుతుండగా దానికి ఓ ఆలోచన తట్టింది. వెంటనే ఆ ఉప్పు బస్తాను నీటిలోకి పడేసింది. దీంతో సగం ఉప్పు నీటిపాలైంది. మిగిలిన ఉప్పు బస్తాను తిరిగి గాడిదపై పెట్టగా అది చాలా తేలికగా అనిపించింది. గాడిద చాలా సంతోష పడింది. ఇలా ప్రతిరోజు ఈ గాడిద ఉప్పు బస్తాను నీటిలో పడేయడం… తేలికగా మారిన ఉప్పు బస్తాను సంతోషంగా మోసుకెళుతూ ఉండేది. అయితే గాడిద అతి తెలివిని పసిగట్టిన యజమాని ఓరోజు దూది బస్తాను ఆ గాడిదపై పెట్టాడు. ఈ బస్తాను కూడా ఆ సెలఏరులో పడేస్తే మరింత తేలికగా మారుతుందని భావించిన గాడిద… ఆ దూది బస్తాను నీటిలో పడేసింది. అయితే దూది నీటిలో మునగడంతో నీరు మొత్తం దూదిలోకి చేరి అది బరువుగా మారింది. ఇక ఆ బరువును మోయడంలో ఆ గాడిద చాలా ఇబ్బంది పడింది. ఓ గుణపాఠం నేర్చుకుంది. ఆ తర్వాత ఎప్పుడూ ఇలాంటి వేషాలు వేయకుండా పని సరిగ్గా చేయడం ప్రారంభించింది .

కథలో నీతి: అదృష్టం ఎప్పుడూ మనవైపే ఉంటుందనుకోవడం మూర్ఖత్వం అవుతుంది

WE LOVE READING SUMMER ACTIVITIES 2024- TODAY ENGLISH MORAL STORY : The Magic Pot Story

Once upon a time, in a small village, there lived a farmer named Tom. One day, he found a strange-looking pot in his field. He brought it home and discovered it was a magic pot. Anything he put inside the pot would double!

Tom put an apple in the pot, and to his surprise, two apples came out. He then tried with a coin, and got two coins back. Excited, Tom kept doubling his coins until he had many.

But Tom’s neighbor, Ben, grew curious and jealous. One night, he sneaked into Tom’s house and saw the magic pot. Ben decided to steal the pot for himself.

The next morning, Tom discovered his pot was gone. He was sad but realized he still had the wealth he made from the pot. Ben, on the other hand, used the pot greedily. He wanted more and more, and one night, in his greed, he accidentally fell into the pot. The pot doubled him, and now there were two Bens!

The village learned about the magic pot and Ben’s greed. Ben had to live with his doubled-self, always reminded of his greed.

Moral of the Story: Greed can lead to troublesome situations. It’s important to be grateful and not be greedy.

• తరచుగా విరామాలలో తగినంత నీరు త్రాగండి మరియు ప్రయాణంలో నీరు త్రాగడానికి తీసుకువెళ్లండి
